My articleship registration date is feb 09 2017. Now i am in a position like, terminate the articles on jan 31 2018 and rejoin on march 1 2018. My question is whether only the termination should be within one year or rejoining should also be within one year i.e, Feb 09th 2018 ?
The word termination and rejoining i.e transfer are play subject to conditions both different but transfer.. I.e rejoining in another firm within one year but thats mean not after completion of one year you are not able to transfer transfer in case of after completion of one year articleship the major reason and purpose to give not willful and your principal is agree with your reasons or/and issues so, you easy to transfer your articleship with another firm but subject to condition outside the 50 km of your current city ( this outside 50km condition now a days apply or not i m not sure so, please read tranfer procedure carefully)
