Articleship transfer??

Its highly advisable to take transfer, as he himself allowing you to take transfer. Better avail the option soon and start searching another good firm and enquire the firm this time before you joins. In many others rude cases with students, they wont even be allowed transfer by the Principal. In your case, i can say you are lucky. Take the transfer soon as you are just in your first year of articleship.

You must take transfer...

as you have completed 6 months of training you can take transfer,

better you take transfer with in one year because we dont need to give any reason to ICAI.

I guess asking permission for transfer from articleship is the tough task,

So just think a good reason to request for transfer of articleship,and request your previous employer and get out of that firm,

Only thing you have to do is you have to take his signature on form109,and you have to take signature on your work diary before leaving from him,
