this amendment by icai is reslly foolish. first of all in form 103 it is given that no need of permission for graduation course... but they suddenly changed the rules. do they (icai) think that we should dance to their tune? we have to take action against them.... those who suffer this problem can message me and we can hold a grand protest.

at least one should have back up degree and that is not being allowed now.. what the heck is this ..
