Articleship Training under Relative

I want to ask a very important question from all the CA students community. The question is that in all our acts whether it is income tax act or wealth tax act or company act etc. transection with relative is very restrictive because a relative can influnence the mind of the person.

But in CA articleship why a CA student can get the articleship from his relative like Father etc.
