Articleship Termination and Final Eligibility

To terminate your articleship due to medical issues, you must obtain a medical certificate from a government hospital for at least 3 months of rest, get your Principal's consent, and apply for ICAI's approval before submitting Form 109. You can resume your training once recovered by re-registering with a new deed (Forms 102/103). Your eligibility for the CA Final exams remains intact as long as you eventually complete your total required training period and fulfill all other academic requirements (clearing both Inter groups, AICITSS, and SPOM).
