Articleship Termination

hello friends,

i want to know that i have terminate my articleship before one year and i had complete my job under c.a  for one year. so what are the penalties for late filling termination form and can i get the degree of  ATC??????

hi, request a advise. my son is registered for ca final and he has completed 2years and 8months of articleship, he terminated the article ship on personnal ground , is he required to register for 4 omnths for article ship , what will happen the continuation of period or has he wait for 3months and then register for article again
