Once started articleship, we can not change our employer within two and a half year ( even by secomdment ) and if our employer is unable to provide us enough experience, we have no option to sit & chat on nat in office and spoil our golden chance for experience. After completing 2.5 yrs of such articleship its time of preparation for final exam or Do or Die attempt of PCC/IPCC attempted students, so he/she will in major dilemma either to change articleship and settle in new environment / new city or just concentrate on studies.
