Hello everyone! I joined articleship on 15/07/2019.
I had to register for articleship on Self Services Portal. So I had to fill Form-102 provided on the portal. The date of commencement of articles mentioned in the Form-102 is 15/07/2019. I didn't know that Form-102 must be executed on the same day i.e., it must be franked on the same date or executed on a non-judicial paper dated either on 15/07/2019 or before. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FORM 102 ON SELF SERVICES PORTAL CANNOT BE EDITED OR MODIFIED ONCE SUBMITTED.
However Regulation 46(1) of the CA Regulation Act, 1988 provides that form shall be sent to the Secretary within 30 days of the commencement. Does that mean that the deed Form-102 can be executed within 30 days of the commencement? Can the deed Form-102 be executed on a stamp paper dated after the date of commencement as mentioned in Form-102?
Please guide me.
