I HAVE STARTED MY ARTICLESHIP  FROM JUN 2020 AND NOW I HAVE SUBMITTED THE FORM IN MARCH 2021 ON SSP PORTAL. I HAVE SUBMITTED ALL THE ATTACHMENTS LIKE ATTENDENCE SHEET, STIPEND DETAILS WORK DIARY, CONDONATION DELAY LETTER AND FORM NO 102 DULY EXECUTED ON NON JUDICIAL E STAMP.

THE FORM IS APPROVED BY THE PRINCIPAL AND SUBMITTED ALONG WITH FEES.

NOW THE MESSAGE SHOWING AS KINDLY UPLOAD THE DEED EXECUTED COPY AND ASK FOR CORRECTION FROM REGIONAL OFFICE.

In your case, the message is asking you to upload the "Deed executed copy."

  • Form No. 102 is the articleship registration form signed by you and your principal.

  • Form No. 103 is the transfer application form (used if you change your principal).

Since you have already submitted Form 102, what they want is a copy of the actual Articleship Agreement (Deed) that you and your principal signed. Sometimes the Form 102 itself acts as the deed, but if your principal had prepared a separate agreement deed (signed on stamp paper), then that is what you need to upload.

What to do:

  • Check if there is a separate physical or digital Articleship Agreement deed signed by both parties.

  • Upload that deed document (scanned copy).

  • If the Form 102 itself acts as the deed in your case, then you may need to upload that again or clarify with your regional office.
