Articleship Registration

i worked under a CA for almost a year but didn't get Registered they thought i was registered but i didn't
now can i leave the office and join another
would there be any problem in my future articleship because i worked with them without registration please provide guidance

As per my knowledge
we have to send registration form to ICAI within 30 days of joining articleship.
If you had not sended than please contact to ICAI helpline may be there is provision for submitting registration form with late fee.

i have read about that sir but i want to change the firm and start my article ship since i have already delayed my attempt now
will there be any problem in future i mean can the CA take action against me or anything

i think you should contact to ICAI in the matter .
since as you say you are in the 2nd year of articleship
so you can take transfer from your principle but for tha you should must have a resion for that trasfer allowed othervise you can't and further consent of your principle is compulsory.

ohh yeah than there is no proublem
you can leave any time because your training is not in record with ICAI

but ... for completion of 3 year articleship you should have to follow icai rules
