Still you can register for articleship, but the thing is your Final attempt will be postponed.

ya 31 october is date only if u want your final attempt at least 3years after ipcc otherwise no last date for this..


for instance of u cleared ipcc in may 16 and register for articleship before 31 october then your final attempt will be in may 19 if after 31 october u register final attempt will be nov 19 ......(if registered before 31 march 2014)

Sir, all my documents are ready and dated 21/09.Only form 112 is dated 10/11.I haven't registered yet but will there be any problem if I register with the date 21/09 along with 1000 late fees.?
(I want to register for May 2019 exam)

call icai and ask within how many days the deed of articleship can be executed..according to me there is a time limit of 30 days however this is not mentioned in any rules or regulations..if it is as this then u can change ur commencement date accordingly
