I'm a PE 2 passed student. I'v startedy my articleship from 23rd oct 08 but I've bought stamp dated 1st nov. 2008. My question is if my articleship registration commences from november 1st 2008, will it cause a delay of 6 months to my first attempt of final exams? Please clear my doubts

Hi,
You should register your articles from 23rd October itself eventhough you've got it stamped on 1st november. Because Commencement of articles is very important not the date of stamping...! generally you should register articles within 3months of getting results...!
You can still register provided if you pay penalty depending upon your delay...!
