I start this conversation by believing somebody will guide me in this regard.
I am going to appear for December 21 - CA final exams.I got termination from articleship on 13th July 2021 and joined another firm within a week. I bought stamp paper on 3rd july itself ( thinking that my firm will give me termination on last week of june and i can rejoin in another firm on 3rd july). Unfortunately it was not the case. Now I need to file Form 102 and 103.
Details as below
Date of termination - 13/7/2021
Date of stamp - 3/7/2021
Date of joining another firm - 12/8/2021
Date of termination approval by ICAI - 3/9/2021
My doubt - I need to file form 102 now can I use my Old stamp paper (which was not used for any other purpose) ?
