I had cleared my IPCC both groups in Nov 19
and my parents weren't allowing me to go out of station for persuing training bt to retain my attempt of CA final Nov 22
I had registered with relative's firm on 28 July and accordingly my articleship period ends on 28 July 2023
and it is too late considering my attempt is In Nov 22
is there any relaxation regarding this?

No relaxation...
If you are looking to transfer then make sure you leave old firm and register in new firm in 3 days after submitting form 109 in old firm if you want to retain your Nov 22 attempt. The same applies for industrial training.
