no u have to clear ur ipcc group 1 to start ur articleship

No there is no regulation as such yo can start your articleship once you have cleared group one.

I m PCC student my articleship is compeleted 3 and half year but pcc is not cleared, tell me if i m converted from pcc to ipcc than restart articleship again or not ?

pls advise me !

Articleship can be joined only if the student qualifies first group of IPCE...
