haha, sounds funny. Tell your friend to leave that firm. That CA would spoil his name in institute. If he is a true professional, why did he accept your friend at the first place? He should have been honest to himself and the institute. He shouldn't have accepted your friend at the first place. Your friend should claim that he was seconded by his principal to that firm and get out of this matter.

B optimistic first try to convience the person whr ur frnd is working and Ask him y he is doing so. If it is nt working then..... The point in this case is that The CA Firm whr ur frnd is doing job is know the only fact abt his name and location and nothing else. if he is going to complain abt this then he will also ask question that when u was knowing the fact that he is having dummy articleship why didnt refused him 2 join ur firm. Further he will also have to produce the supporting to prove his statement and i feel tht whould nt b easy to produce the supportings. And atlast there is very good alternet tht if the partner under whom ur frnd is registered can show the work u had provided evenif u hv done nothing, then this matter will be in ur favour. I hope ur friend need not worry bcoz of such threats, and he should leave the firm immediately boldly.No one can oppose u if have faith on urself.

Firstly tell that is he recieve cheque for his training from where he is taking dummy. If yes then no one can prove that he is on dummy coz he has a perfect reply for everyone's complaints.

he's receiving cheque from that Ca with whom he's not registered not from whom he've registered.

Now that ca can prove that he is working in their firm. Now your friend has only one option to say his chartered that he is going back to his village for further study if he is not belong to that area.
