At the time of registration you have already made the full payment, their is no need to make any futher payment . Along with Form 102 and 103 you attach copy of payment of fee as annexture.

but sir at the time of registration , institue only send the registration letter and not the fee receipt

Why you have not taken any receipt for registration. Any way, you only submit form with institute and when they ask any query on this you response the payment detail.

my articlship completed on 15/02/2012 but my principal is not ready to give me signature on form108. i was already given calculation about artoicleship and given to principal, he is telling me that he want's time  to calculate the leaves and after that i will tell u for signature and till now he is not calculated it and one more thing i wanted to share that till now i am not cleared my both group of pcc i can not concentrate on study just becouse of this reason pls suggest me

Nothing can be done in this... Just request your principal to sign. They take time to sign.

Forget these things and concentrate because I missed proper Final exam preparation due to these factors and due to my health.

You have to just send the duly filled in forms i.e. 102 and 103. No fees required.

You will have to pay approx. Rs.10000 at the time when you wish to register for Final which as per my knowledge be in last 8 -10  months before your articles completes. It is so because consider the below example.

You have cleared IPCC both Groups in November 2011 so your articles will complete in approx. February 2015 as it  3 yearsfrin the results declared. So I would suggest to fill the final exam form in June 2014 so that you have the latest modules which are applicable in Nov. 2014.

The notification is for the students who have converted from PCC to IPCC...
