ARTICLESHIP QUERY

I m student of C.A. FINAL and my Registration No. CRO0173419. My articleship hase been completed an on 31.03.2010 but since i have taken excess leave of 51 days during said period so i received a letter from institute regarding serving of this period of excess leave by submitting for 107 if not break in serive or form 103 if break in service. Now i have a query that i m late in submitting form 108 for completion of articleshipby more than 30 days for which i have sent draft of Rs. 300/- as prescribed. Now for service of 51 days what shoud i do? whether submit 107 or 103 if i submit 107 then period of 60days have left to submit 107 so what amount of penalty should i paid?
