By this august end my articleship will get completed, i tool leave from april 12 fro my exams after exams due my health issue from may 20th, i coudnt able to continue my articleship in banglore. because of this i asked my principle to consider my leave balance(57) and relieve me from my article ship but my principle didnt accept and gave a transfer through 109 form taking my sign and he himself send it to the institute, i asked him there will be a problem for reason for transfer but he said that wont arise because he is giving transfer by by giving his acceptance and taking my sign. its been 15 days after he send the form but i still didnt get confirmation letter.
will this kind of transfer will be accepted by institute or else i should send transfer reasons with proof? please suggest me the best approach.
My Questions are:
I took leave from april 13 for my exams but after exams on may, i coudnt able to rejoin. but my principle gave transfer from april 14 instead of may 17 (after my exam date). by adding back leave balance, if i took a health issue certificate from which date i should take.....
