Articleship...plzzz help

as u know the ARTICLESHIP IN FIRM is a common practice,, every student have to pursue articleship..........

Now INDUSTRIAL TRAINING----- when an article have last 12 months of articleship training (not less than 9 months),,,,,

he/she can do trianing in industries  ( Names are specified by institue),,,,,

here the difference id that in aricleship we learn about everything  whereas in industrial training we ge knowledge about a particular field say Banking...

Industrial training is too much required in current scenario and for better job opportunities........
