I wanted to know what nature of leaves are counted in the leave limit of ICAI?
Are medical/personal leaves also to be considered for this purpose?
Are study leave for Final also considered?

All kinds of leaves except period of GMCS/ITT training shall be counted. So Medical/Personal/Study leave shall be counted.
Yes all leaves are considered as leave.... Only paper day leaves is not counted and itt and gmcs days are not counted as leaves or attending any seminar by icai.... Total leave allowed during training period is 155 days

I have taken take 229 leaves due to medical and my told me to take transfer on medical basis. My 2nd year article ship going on. Please help me.
