Articleship Issue

File a police complaint for harassment and file your complaint to the discipline director of ICAI regarding exploitation and your problem in articleship.  This is a violation of clause 1 of the part 2 of the second schedule to the CA Act, 1949. You have to file a complaint to ICAI in Form 1 which is in the file attached herewih. Also refer to files attached herewith regarding the procedure for filing case against principal or if you dont want to do all these, then I will do all these for you if you so choose. Call me on 90997 03872 or mail me on knkathrani @ gmail.com. Provide name and membership number of CA and Registration number of Article assistant. Your problem will be resolved. Moreover for extension of articleship, a student is also requied to file form 107 along with 108. If you have filed only 108, then its meaningless. It will be returned by ICAI and no action will be taken.  Form 107 is ttached herewith for your reference.

Also if as you have written, that CA is involved in mental harassment and interfering in personal life, then show him / her this below given message and tell him / her that I am challenging him / her to face me on a street:

"Dont hide like cowards. Exploit student in front of me, and you will be f****d"

hey guys thanks for your support but i would also like to know the solution for the first part of my questioin related to Extension of Articleship (i.e matter of 320 days and 180 days).. and she has filed form 107 along with 108

Whatever is written in 108 is final. ICAI will calculate leave period on the basis of 108. Everything else is irrelevant.

my CA is not signing my articalship completion form....nd is filling with 380 leaves....wat shud i do...???

If you have really taken 380 days leave, then its ok; but if this is a case of exploitation i.e. CA is illegally extending articleship even when you have not taken so many leaves, then you can follow the same procedure to file complaint to the disciplinery director of ICAI. Procedure is stated in the file attached in the message no. 2 above. Moreover, if you do not wish to take the course of litigation as it is costly and time consuming, then you can send the name and membership number of CA to me if you so choose. I will try to resolve the issue by talking with him / her and if necessary, I will file a suit on him / her.  Moreover, if the stipend payment is irregular, then also send infomation about the same.

i jus want to know, if i join my articleship with newly c.a (just passed final exam) , there is any problem with that in future...?

any suggetion....?
