Articleship in mid size firm- urgent plz..!!

my suggestion is

If u dont like the present firm in which your working it is better to take termination silently and join in new firm but my suggestion is dont discuss about ur firm in incorrect manner with any one till u take termination , even after termination also it is not good.

Finall i am not from mumbai, It is better to psot this in any mumbai communities in CCI.
