Hello everyone.I have recently appeared for IPCC group-2 May exams this time around and I feel I will get through it.But,I am completely unaware or without any info. for the 3 years of articleship training ahead on following grunds:-

1.HOW DO I GO FOR THE TRAINING PROCESS,WHERE DO I BEGIN???

2.HOW DO I GO FOR THE SELECTION OF THE FIRMS,CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME EXACTLY THE SCOPE OF VARIOUS FIRMS IN REALTION TO THEIR SIZE ETC??

3.I WAS THINKING TO DO ARTICLESHIP IN CHENNAI,AS MOST OF MY SENIORS AND OTHER FRIENDS HAVE SUGGESTED TO DO IT FROM THERE.BUT,I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A GOOD INSIGHT FROM THOSE WHO ARE DOING TRAINING OVER THERE NOW ABOUT ITS PROS AND CONS...

4.HOW DO I APPLY FOR A FIRM AND HOW DO I SEARCH FOR IT,ANY OTHER SORT OF INFORMATION TO A PERSON(LIKE ME) COMPLETELY UNAWARE OF PROCEDURES INVOLVED WOULD BE REALLY APPRECIATED.

Articleship doesn't matter a lot. Just get into a decent midsized firm. And just focus and target only on your ca final exam. Crack both the groups in 1st attempt. You will surely crack the interview round in the job recruitment process of the companies as well. And of course with handsome pay.
