Articleship extension

Yes it's extension.

But to be frank exam form department and articleship section is different, so they never cross check these dates. So if u don't want to extend u can put same on forms.

hi i think its fine.. the exam form and the articleship thing works separately as rightly said. And anyways it was an error which you can justify if anything is called for. Also the records such as attendance , work diaries etc would prove it. Had it been anything after 30th april then there would have been chances of your results being withheld.
Just to be on a safer side call ur regional centre and confirm with them too.
