CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW MANY DAYS LEAVE, ARE WE ACTUALLY ALLOWED TO TAKE DURING 3YRS OF ARTICLESHIP. I HAVE ASKED MANY PEOPLE SOME SAY 156 N SOME SAY 183 DAYS. I HAVE ALSO READ MANY THREADS IN CCI THE SAME PROBLEM EXISTS. IT WOULD BE OF GREAT HELP, IF ANYONE COULD MAKE IT CLEAR TO ME. THANKS IN ADVANCE. (IPCC STUDENT)

180 days excluding govt holidays and sundays
Its not 180 days...an articled assistant is entitled to leave amounting to 1/6th of his actual serving period

Total day of training less leave divided by 1/6
156 days maximum leave allowed
Can any one clarify my doubt ? actually I am in articles period of last yera and i have given the articles period in bond about 3 months less due to lack of proper calculation so in ID card also they mentioned the same date which i have given but i need to continue more 3 months as per icai norms
so what shall i do now ?wether i need to send any forms and follow any procedure or shall i continue without any formalities
its urgent can u plz help me
