Articleship Compulsory?

If u want to become either associate or fellow member of icsi,u need to undergo training for 15 months.However exemptions are available on basis of experience in organisations in secretarial dept.

Thanks of rthe prmopt reply ,i just wanted to confirm that whether ist should be under Company secretary only or if we are working under software company whether it counts or not?
