Dear Ankit,
If u want to become either associate or fellow member of icsi,u need to undergo training for 15 months.However exemptions are available on basis of experience in organisations in secretarial dept.

Agreed with hariharanji, additionally without training u can give even final exams and be admitted as Licenciated member of institute..
