articleship completion regarding

I can share with you the insight of what happened with me during my Articleship period. My Articleship was to be completed by 1st October 2015 however due to excess leaves it was extended to 30th October 2015 that means an extension by 30 days. So the process I followed after confirming with Institute’s Student council is as follows:

1. File Form 108 for completion original within 30 days of original completion date i.e. 30 days by 01st October 2015 (My form attached below)
2. File form 107 for extension of articleship(My form attached below)
3. File form 108 again for final completion of articleship (My form attached below) In my view one don’t need to file Form 102 & 103 in case of just extension, it needs to filed in case of commencement of articleship and in case of transfer from Principal but I recommend to check with the student council of ICAI for formal and official clarification.
