Articleship completion help required..

it seems things are as per strict rules in your office.as per your case u dont have any excess leaves after extra hrs worked credit is given.just be a little brave.u dont need to go after 18.3 be very clear to your principal.they just try to take more advantage from those who get scared.get ur form signed even if u have to pay few visits to his office in between otherwise just dont go for training after 18.3 u have to fight in life.

hi friends im rajesh , i completed my articleship on 20/05/2011 and i have to submit 108 within 19 /06

but 19th june is sunday . if i submit 108 form on 20/06/2011 monday shall i pay late fee regarding delay in submission of form 108?

My articleship completed on 18 feb,2011 & i duly submitted my 108 form within time to the institute bt not got articleship confirmation from institute,i checked online abt my articleship details,they r well in order,bt i must have hard copy proof of confirmation,shall i mail to institute............ or do something else as when  called there they said they have dispatch it earlier bt nt received by me,plz advice.....

 Send a mail to the given below id mentioning ur details with 108 scanned copy i hope dt u work vil get done and ask for duplicate copy.

I got Refund of Rs. 1100 fee for transferring from Old to New Course by sending mail on this id

Arjun I Have Sympathy with U I also Faced many Problems during my Articleship jealosy & unjustice,Particularly the senior Members of the Institute use more their influence & this is the very ugly but shameful truth of this Profession my Freind.I Hope U have ur Proper Record of Articleship.U should ask your Principle to sign the form no108.and you can also ask him Kindly that I shall co-operate with u at reasonable intervals during big Audits & other cases,it will help u in gaining More experience but it could also establish a good understanding.Yaar I am not sure about the Rights of the students and How serious ICAI regarding these problems of the Articles.I also had few very Bad experiences frustrated me a lot at times.I shall also Make enquiry what are possible things u can do.ok

Monica I Agree to Mohit u should E-mail Together with Scanned Documents,May be u can Contact with official Numbers of the Concerned regional office to seek proper direction.I also completed my  Articleship on 17Th Feb & got Completion Certificate on 4th April,Just 4 days before i sent an E-Mail.I hope u shall soon get ur Certificate.Best of Luck.

well Rajesh today it's 17th june u must send as soon as possible may be tommorrow on 18th it shall reach 2-3 days,i don't understand why u r getting late & waiting for 20th june.documents needed to be sent within one month,a day or may be two days shall be accepted by them i hope.but u still have time,so sent it out soon.And if u submit the same on 20th or after that u will have to pay late of rs.100,not fully sure  about amount of late fees.
