my sir did not sign form 108 till today. can i avoid late fee by writing completion date 27/10 instead of ,8 sept 2017. plz suggest and will it not affect my attempt .

no..u can't do like that..u have submit with in 27/11
so i hav to write 8/9 and pay late fee 1000/-

Yes... Actual date of completion only should be written in form 108
