Thanks friends for ur replies. Actually the fact is that I got to join a firm before jan 30 or else my CA Final exam in november 2010 will be extended to May 2011

Put these facts before your HR and ask them to clarify.

I've spoken with HR. I am now asked to wait till my PCC Results are out . Now my results will declare whether i get selected or not . Its already 45 days since am waiting. if i register for new articleship after jan 31, then i will not be eligible to write CA Final in november 2010 . PCC results expected on jan 30 or 31 . So if by luck i pass and get selected then my CA final will be postponed 6 months for sure .
