I have transferred from my principle in
March and I sent 109 form to our institute since he transferred so I'm planning to join another firm after six months , is there any restrictions as join after 6 month?

No such restriction. The articleship period of 3 years would consist of days when you have actually worked in a firm and registered the same with ICAI. These six months of hiatus do not count but they will further extend your final attempt by another 6 months. Hope that helps!
