i registered for my articleship on 1/1/16 and then took transfer on 31/08/2016 and re-registered myself in my reregister letter it was written that article clerk has taken an excess leave of 32 day.... i want to ask that will i have to extend my date of training with 32 days??
nope, maxm leave that can be taken r 1/6th of actual period served (actual working days) , which comes at 157 days (approx) hence while filling completion form from second firm ensure total leaves including these 32 doesn't exceed 157
