Articleship
Father is a practicing CA and he is the sole proprietor of the CA Firm. Can he take his son/daughter as an article student.Will there be any violation of code of conduct framed by ICAI?.Please clarify.

ICAI does not prohibit a CA Student to pursue Articleship under a CA who is in the blood relation.
As there is no such prohibition, Articleship under a CA who is a relative of the CA Student is allowed.
The meaning of relative is not important here as it is allowed under everyone. The only criteria is that the principal under whom you intent to pursue Articleship should be a CA in practice and should have a vacancy to enroll you as an article.
