A PE-II passed Student can appear in Final Examinations during last year of his Articleship. But if he takes Termination after completing 2 years of Articleship (completing in Aug 09) & does not register himself for 5 to 6 months then is he eligible to appear in Nov 09 Exams or he has to be under Articleship for Giving Exams
