Dear Narayan,

there is no need to send  form 103 within 30 days,there is late fee of Rs.200 will be levied after 90days only.30days condition will applicable in termination cases i.e if u rejoined after taking termination u have sumbit for 103 within 30days otherwise u have send the copies of the workdone under the current auditor and stipend details etc..(after 30days) along with form 103.

Thank you :) when i discussed with my friends they said "original deed of articles in form 102,exceuted on non judicial stamp paper should also be produced. . where do we get  the aforesaid stamp paper? also need clarification regarding point (j) in the checklist attached..

There no need to send form 102 to Board of studies or to the concerned region and frankling with Rs.20 is sufficient but its depends upon the place where u dng ur articleship
