Dear all,
I cleared my inter exams in october 2013 (revaluation)..got articleship forms and joined as an article assistant with an auditor. but did not submit the form 103 and form 102 within 30days. what is the procedure for late submission of forms and what are the required documents that are to be produced? Is there any late fees that is to be paid.Need an answer as soon as possible.

Dear Narayan,
there is no need to send form 103 within 30 days,there is late fee of Rs.200 will be levied after 90days only.30days condition will applicable in termination cases i.e if u rejoined after taking termination u have sumbit for 103 within 30days otherwise u have send the copies of the workdone under the current auditor and stipend details etc..(after 30days) along with form 103.
