If Sales Tax officer willing to join C.A. course then can he get exemption from undergoing artcleship in any of the way wholly or partly ?

No such provision in the Articleship Regulation Act 1988.
Articleship is compulsory for every student doing Chartered Accountants.

there are some exemptions for articles, if you have done the speified jobs as per the institute before. In that way institute has notified so many. If you want more details on this contact help desk for articles, I feel they can provide the link
