Hai I have completed my 15 months of articleship training. During my Articleship period i took only 2 days leave. I wanted to take 4 months leave for my exams. But the auditor has refused to give 4 months leave. He said he wont give 4 months of leave as well as termination. What do i do? How to proceed with this issue? Pls help me out...

As u have told that u have taken only 2 days leave during ur articleship but ur CA is refusing. It shows that ur very dedicated worker so, plz convince ur principle that this is a time to study. He will definately understand ur problem.
I have informed him about my study holidays 2 months before. He said he wont give. Can i get it signed from any gazetted officer ? Pls guide me...
Exam form must be signed by the Principal
You can tell your parents to talk to your principal if possibile. May be they can explain to him that it is important for you to take leave for studies.
If he does not agree for 4 months, ask him what he is willing to give. Make him agree for atleast 3-3.5 months.
You can also offer him to come to office for only 2-3 hours daily instead of the regular office time for 1 month and remaining 3 months or 2.5 months complete leave or ask him for a four day week for 1 or 1.5 months and remaining time as full leave.
Try Negotiating with him. All the best.
