sir my original artileship period is 06-08-2008 to 05-08-2011.but due to taking exess leave i have done my articleship till nov 30 2011 . without filling form 108  or 107.so what are the consequenses.

there is no problem with that. just send the form 108(Service Certificate for Articleship) now, indicating the date on which your articleship period ends.

but sir, i talk to icai they told me to send both form no.108 as well as form no. 107 with condonation letter.

I THINK THERE IS SOME MISUNDERSTANDING. FORM 107 IS TO BE SENT ONLY IF AN ARTICLE ASSISTANT HAS TAKEN LEAVE IN EXCESS OF THE PERIOD ALLOWED UNDER REGULATION 59.

THE DATE ON WHICH YOUR ARTICLESHIP PERIOD PERIOD EXPIRES IS 05-08-11. ACCORDING TO REGULATION 59, A ARTICLE ASSISTANT SHOULD NOT TAKE LEAVE IN EXCESS OF 1/6TH (AMENDED TO 1/7TH, PCC ONWARDS) OF THE PERIOD FULLY SERVED BY THE ARTICLE. HENCE, ACCORDING TO WHAT I THINK YOU DO NOT NEED TO SEND FORM 107.

I SUGGEST YOU TO CONTACT INSTITUTE'S ARTICLE SECTION AND CONFIRM THE PROCEDURE. IF STILL THEY TELL YOU TO SEND FORM 107, THEN YOU DONT HAVE ANY OPTION. AND WHATEVER YOU DO, YOU BETTER DO IT FAST OR ELSE YOU WILL BE CHARGED WITH MORE FINE.
