Why would you wait for 6 months? to study??

no..but is it something like....i would get a better firm if i clear both groups and a comparitivly low firm with group 1?

I wrote just one group and got selected by a big4. So I dont think thats a criteria. Dunno how the mid-size firms think however.

wow!! thats a gud news....n would u suggest me on how to apply? i mean should i just take a resume and give an interview or i need to find firms with a bit reference?

i scored 221 marks in group 1 IPCE nd interested 4 articleship is dr ne site @ which i can get register so dt firms can call me 4 if interested     .PLZ DO SUGGEST guyz

Go to bosapp.icai.org, this site is from icai for articleship but i m not sure why it is not accepting requests for may 2011 students, i tried. maybe they forgot to update their site and left us alone!!

1st group clear hone ke baad kitne dino ke ander articalship join karna hota hai ? plz tell me. and also tell me, should articleship taken in big firm ? if yes then why ? if no then why ?

after passing group 1 of ipcc you r eligible to join articleship.

it is on you when you join articleship. no last date 

but this website is not eligible for may 2011 students then how shud i register? plz help..

sir, i have to do articleship with the firm which deals with treasuery audits n bank audit. can i give preferences in my cv specifying about this? i live in thane. can anyone help me for the best firms around my city or tell me website where i can get help?

@ Vignesh, I gave the interview in the big4 even before the results and got selected on the condition that I pass. I have a few friends who work there who referred me. As sad as it might sound, reference works a lot in the big4's. Yea, my interviews went very well but the fact is I got a call for the interview in the first place which I think was because of the reference.

vignesh my suggestion is that you should join articleship and start preparing for grp 2.
