if anubody wants to "give up" the CA course forever (no attempts of PCC /final, no articleship) in between due to any reasons, then he/she can do so? is it permisibble by the ICAI? since, articleship is so boaring.

If you feel it boring leave it as early as possible.
or give your 100% to the studies.
