Hi Freinds ., What happens when you want to tranfer your articles in 2 nd year due to any reason. and ICAI has accepted the request but not transfered from the previous office is their any duty on behalf of article or client if no transfer was taken.. Please reply
The Rules for Transfer of CA Articleship in 1st Year is completely different to that of Articleship Transfer in 2nd Year and 3rd year. I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge and insight. https://www.linkedin.com/in/edu-birdie-4764b8124 .Now to work and see if the theory works for me.
