actually my ca is not giving right information to me. he anyhow filled the details in form 108 but left the bank details, will it cause any problem. and can i send the form along with exam application form. and my articles ends on 6thfeb as i said but he stated 126 days leaves i have taken, that means do i need to work still more under him.

Leave is allowed upto 180 days. And as u said the mentioned leave - 126 days .. You dnt need to serve more. Relax
this is just fine. you can send the form alongwith exam form.
Leaves are within the permissible limit so you dont have to serve extra days.

ICAI may ask the bank details for verification....some time after giving bank details only they send the confirmation letter...,regarding leave there is no problem....

am i supposed to ask my ca the bank details to provide, or shall i submit the form with out details.
I think its not mandatory to fill the Account number detail.
It has to be filled only when employer says he has deposited the stipend himself to the account
