Dear Dev u can take transfer. but there is a rule for rejoining after transfer
U will have to necessarily register with new firm within 30 days of transfer. U can not delay more than that. If u do than it may be considered as Discontinuance upto that time and ur attempt will shift.
So if u take transfer in Oct than rejoin within 30 days.

No advantage of terminating 2 months articleship. only disadvantages.
Take transfer in Dec and join in January
or join in Nov and take leaves as per ur wish (subject to ur conversation with new firm)

Dear Sir, Thanks for ur reply.. But there is no vacancy in new firm till jan.. So please advice me what to do... Coz once i complete year.. Then ll have to give reason for transfer..
