I think if there is a serious problem you can consult icai. And if icai officials seems to grant you the relief on valid grounds you can get the positive answer.

take conversion from pcc to ipcc, you have free choice to take termination.

Its better 2 convience ur principal. cos if u going to change from PCC to IPCC agin u hav 2 do 3yrs of article, which s waste of time as u already completed 2yrs
