Article ship

I am not happy about 9 months practical traine for direct entry . I worked for 5 months in Coimbatore now we got transfer to Bangalore . now again roaming from one good firm to other as no one ready to take direct entry students as many leaves they ask for exam . plz tell me where can I get dummy articleship I am feeling like quiting CA bcoz of article ship. small firms won't help in my career growth
