Article leaves allowed

Plz Help 

I have taken total 160 days leaves out of 1095 (3 years). My articleship gets finished on 31st July 2016. So when it is about to calculate the leaves allowed by ICAI as per the rules framed  i.e. 1/6th of actual days served, my actual work days are 935 (1095-160) so I m allowed to have 156 days leaves as per the rule of ICAI. And my excess leaves are 4 (160 - 156).

  Now the problem is that my principle is telling me to complete the extention period that is upto 5th September 2016, It means 36 days extra. Where in actual I only need to give 4 days extention as per ICAI rules. (I think rule no.59)

Can you please sort out my problem that what can I do regarding this ?

Can I raise a complaint to ICAI ?     If yes then, how ?    If not then, why ?     OR any other solution from your best ?
