Articelship completion date
Please guys help me soon.
I am registered as an articel on 30-04-2013(my starting date of articelship) with my first employer then I take transfer on 21-03-2014 with excess leave of 29 days as stated in institute letter then I again join my second employer on 25-03-2014 and continue till now ,so guys please tell me my completion date of my articelship as I am confused with that as I have excess leave of 29 days as stated in letter.

When you transferred, what was the date of transfer filled in the form? And if you had taken excess leave, did you cover it up with your second employer? Like by taking lesser holidays or working overtime(i.e. more than 35 hours a week).
Besides that, generally articleship ends after 3 years. So in your case, it should be 29.04.2016 if you have not taken any excess holidays.
My transfer filled on 25-03-2014 only and yes I got the real concept now as I have no excess leave with 2nd employer.
