Arrear of tax paid in April 2015 for the FY 12-13 however forget to disclose the transcation in Part G ST3 return for the period April-Sept 2015. what will be the consequence?

Send a speed post letter intimating the payment mentioning that it has been left out.
Approach the superintendent in charge of your range give a letter and corresponding workings and challans and get e sevottam acknowledgement on the letter.
