Aritcleship

I want to begin my articleship but is it compulsory to pass CPT and IPCC before I go for articleship. Can someone explain the procedure to become a CA. I have just graduated from a management college and hold a BBA.

Secondly how much does articleship pay at the minimum, which are the best places to apply for an articleship in Bangalore?
